Forms and Surveys

Every spring the PTA send out a parent survey to give parents an opportunity to give feedback about their school.  And until this year, the survey form was only available in English (which is truly a detriment to many of our West Riverside families). 

But thanks to West Riverside's Jim Minion, the PTA has translated the survey form into 10 additional languages. Great job, Jim!
